Cascadia Investments (CDIV) Research and Traders Outlook

Last Updated: March. 09, 2010 - 10:32am EST

(NEW YORK) – Social networking company Cascadia Investments (OTC:CDIV) continues to hit new highs, and with rich valuations within the sector Ludlow Capital sees the company potentially making moves to $0.75 to $1.00 a share near-term.

Investors anticipating a possible Facebook IPO in 2011 are valuating a this deal with a market capitalization of between $35 billion to $40 billion, according to people familiar with their thinking. Lou Kerner, a former Internet analyst at Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs, is even more bullish, suggesting that Facebook could be worth $59 billion in 2011, and more than $100 billion by 2015.

Tom Bustamante, the Managing Partner of Ludlow Capital Group commented, "Based on these rich valuations for social networking investments, and Cascadia's move into this arena, we are projecting a potential near-term price target for CDIV of between $150 million to $200 million, or $0.75 to $1.00 a share. As the Company rolls out additional social networking products and features under its portfolio umbrella, it wouldn't be out of the realm to see a $200 to $400 million market cap, or $1.00 to $2.00 price range, based on the rich valuations for the sector as it stands now".
