Brainybrawn (BRNW) Receives Software Order for Restaurant Chain in India

(NEW YORK)--Brainybrawn, Inc. (PINK:
BRNW), announced that its subsidiary Sanvi Infotech Pvt. Ltd (India) has received an order for automating up to 10 restaurants from a North India-based Restaurant Chain through customized installation of Sanvi Infotech’s comprehensive, modular and integrated Restaurant Information Management Solution for Managing Chain of Restaurants (Sanvi RMSC).

Sanvi RMSC has been designed to not only facilitate informed decision making by the owners and management but also minimize pilferage at all levels of operation. It is a customizable, modular, and integrated application for comprehensive automation of Point of Sale (PoS) Billing, Purchase, Inventory, Recipe, Materials, Food Costing, Consumption, Departments, Customer, HR, and Accounts management in a chain of restaurants. To facilitate real-time access to inventory and consumption status at various Kitchen, Department and Store levels and, as well as, sales at various PoS Billing Outlets, the MIS Reports and Real Time Status Reports will be available online for the benefit of senior management and owners.

Sanvi Infotech Pvt. Ltd (“Sanvi Infotech”) is in the business of software, web application and information management solutions development, focusing primarily on the healthcare, hospitality, education, retail and media and marketing sectors.

The software solutions currently being offered for sale in India by Sanvi Infotech include (a) HealthLynx M.D. Hospital -- a modular, integrated and complete out-patient, in-patient, electronic medical record (“EMR”), inventory, employee, supplies, finance, referral and business management solution for hospitals and multi-specialty nursing homes; (b) HealthLynx Rx -- an inventory, finance and business management solution for pharmaceutical retailers and wholesalers; (c) Sanvi HMS – a comprehensive, integrated and modular reservation, room stay, billing, room-service, house-keeping, inventory, banquet, HR, Departments, restaurant and business management solution for hotels and resorts; (d) Sanvi RMS – an integrated and modular PoS billing, recipe, food costing, materials, inventory, departments, HR and business management solution for restaurants; and (e) Sanvi Outdoor Media Management Solution (“SOMMS”) – a complete outdoor media-inventory, and business management solution.

BRNW currently has around 39 million shares issued and outstanding, with only around 5 million available in the public float..
